At Zaurelle, we aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free post-purchase experience. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or exchange request.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery only in cases of size-related issues or if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. Requests made outside this timeframe or for any other reasons will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags intact, and returned in its original packaging. Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, the customer may choose to exchange it for the same product in a different size (subject to availability) or opt for a credit note to place a new order.
Exchanges are permitted only for size replacements of the same product. In the event that the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued. Only one exchange request per order is permitted.
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Further instructions regarding the return process will be shared once the request has been reviewed and approved.
Refunds are not processed to the original payment method. All approved returns are issued in the form of a credit note, which may be used for future purchases.
