Once your returned product is received and successfully approved after inspection, a credit note equivalent to the product value will be issued.
The credit note will be shared via your registered email.
The credit note will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance
It must be used within this period
Expired credit notes will not be reissued or extended
The credit note can be used on any product available on the Zaurelle website
It must be applied at checkout while placing a new order
If your order value exceeds the credit
Credit notes are non-transferable
They cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method
Only one credit note can be used per order
Zaurelle is not responsible for lost, expired, or unused credit notes.
Customers are advised to use their credit note within the validity period.
